Finding your way through emotional overwhelm, grief, or major life changes can feel isolating and exhausting. You may be carrying a lot on the inside while continuing to show up for others, unsure of where to place your own needs. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying. My approach is relational and holistic, grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe, connected, and supported. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, building insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded and resilient.
I support individuals navigating grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and significant life transitions. I also work with students facing academic pressure, identity exploration, and overwhelm, as well as older adults navigating aging-related changes, loss, and adjustment. Many of the individuals I support feel emotionally stuck, worn down by ongoing stress, or disconnected from themselves after periods of change or responsibility.
