Psychotherapy

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy
ART is a brief, evidence-based therapy that helps you quickly reduce the emotional impact of traumatic memories and distressing experiences. Using guided eye movements and imagery techniques, ART reprocesses negative thoughts and feelings to promote faster healing and lasting emotional relief. Benefits include reduced anxiety, PTSD symptoms, depression, and improved overall well-being.
