I also work with students facing academic pressure, identity exploration, and overwhelm, as well as older adults navigating aging-related changes, loss, and adjustment. Many of the individuals I support feel emotionally stuck, worn down by ongoing stress, or disconnected from themselves after periods of change or responsibility.
